The Product Owner - Planning & Fulfillment AI/Data Science, will be responsible for the facilitation of the Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Advanced Analytics strategy across the Planning and Fulfillment organization, as well as the identification and execution of Artificial Intelligence and Data Analytics projects across Planning & Fulfillment. The strategy will align the Logistics Hoshin goals, and put GE Appliances in a leadership position in the application of AI.
This role will be also be responsible for the adoption of AI across the various teams within Planning and Fulfillment, teaching on AI tools and their applications and driving the mindset within the culture of the organization.
The Product Owner - Planning & Fulfillment AI/Data Science must have a tenacity for learning, heavy collaboration with many teammates and be a flexible thinker as technologies and strategies change.

How You'll Create Possibilities
• Design the product roadmap and prioritize features based customer needs and business objectives.
• AI Project Management: Partner with the Insights & Intelligence team to deliver the implementation of AI projects within the Planning and Fulfillment organization, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
• AI/ Data Analytics Strategy: Facilitate and execute an AI and data analytics strategy, leveraging insights to optimize supply chain operations and improve/automate decision-making processes.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Digital Technology (DT) and Planning & Fulfillment to identify opportunities for integrating AI and analytics solutions into existing systems and processes.
• Technology Evaluation: Stay abreast of emerging technologies in AI and data analytics, evaluate their relevance to logistics operations, and recommend innovative solutions to enhance overall efficiency and competitiveness.
• Performance Metrics: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to assess the success and impact of AI and data analytics initiatives, continuously refining strategies based on performance outcomes.
• Training and Development: Provide training and support to Planning & Fulfillment organization on the use and interpretation of AI tools and analytics platforms, ensuring widespread adoption and proficiency.
What You'll Bring to Our Team
Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or advanced degree in a relevant field (e.g., Data Science, Computer Science, Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business Analytics).
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
• Demonstration of utilization of AI tools in or outside of a business setting
• Excellent project management and organizational abilities.
• Effective communication skills to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiar with ERP/Supply Chain systems design and real-world application within a business setting.
• Proven experience in driving AI projects and implementing data analytics solutions
• Experience in driving complex projects and implementing data analytics solutions within a logistics or supply chain environment.
• Proficiency in programming languages (e.g., Python, R, and SQL) and familiarity with Agile methodology, BigQuery, AI frameworks (simple AI, gen AI) and tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Track record of continuous improvement in terms of personal development
