We are looking for a talented HR coordinator to support with day-to-day HR functions including recruiting, hiring, interviewing, onboarding, and staffing, and enforcing company policies and practices.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Staffing team to identify recruiting needs, understand skills and determine competencies required for openings.
- Create and audit job posts in line with requisitions.
- Recruit, interview, and facilitate the hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions. Facilitate new hire orientation and training.
- Process employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors.
- Administer new hire process including extending offers, preparing new hire documents, conducting background checks, verifying employment eligibility requirements and new hire orientation.
- Handle employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate staff.
- Maintain the company's HRIS and compile reports from the ATS.Generate, analyze and distribute HR metrics reports to the operations and staffing teams.
- Assist with constructive and timely performance appraisals.
- Assist in the development and implementation of personnel policies and procedures.
- Maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
- Review and maintain Employee Handbook and Policies and Procedures Manual for completeness and accuracy.
- Manage the employee referral bonus program to ensure timely payout.
- Manage employee engagement and recognition programs and events.
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.
- Review, track, and document compliance with mandatory and non-mandatory training including safety training, anti-harassment training, new hire training etc.
- Manage and participate in other projects as assigned.

- Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organization's HRIS and talent management systems.
- Prior experience in healthcare would be ideal.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred.
- At least one year of HR experience is preferred.
