THE ROLE
Our HR team plays a pivotal role in supporting Legends’ rapid growth as a global organization. We are looking for a HR Coordinator to support the Talent Attraction team by exercising ownership over a multitude of interview calendars, ensuring data consistency across our various internal systems, and helping to create an amazing experience for all candidates. As a member of the HR Team, you must be a close listener and problem-solver with a strong customer-service orientation. This position provides on-going support across all divisions and locations. This position will assist the Talent Attraction team, broader HR team, and hiring managers in using innovative methods to recruit highly qualified candidates, will provide recommendations on where to source and attract candidates for hard to fill positions, and will own the candidate tracking and data reporting across the TA function.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Serve as a key member of the HR team and provide support to the overall HR function via several activities, which may include (but isn’t limited to):
- Managing all interview scheduling activities across Legends business verticals and functions
- Preparation of job descriptions, making sure that language is consistent with Legends’ branding and our principals of diversity, equity, and inclusion
- Preparation of all recruiting templates utilized by the TA team
- Assisting with phone screens and resume review as necessary
- Administering and maintaining our Applicant Tracking System (Ultipro) to keep the TA team, hiring managers, and recruiters organized and informed. Understanding the functionality of the recruiting platform and how it feeds into external job boards and Legends’ HRIS system
- Daily use of LinkedIn Recruiter to source candidates and create projects relating to current open opportunities.
- Corresponding with hiring managers and candidates throughout the interview process, including scheduling phone screens, arranging and booking candidate travel, and organizing in-house interviews.
- Fostering strong relationships with hiring managers and recruiters to prepare them for interviews and act as a resource for them. Creating of interviewer packets, candidate briefs etc
- Performing reference checks as needed
- Debriefing candidates after their interview(s) and fielding logistical questions as needed.
- Assisting in coordinating company events (ex: Take Our Kids to Work Day, Corporate Internship Programs, Recruiting Events, etc.).
- Participating in special projects and initiatives that evolve around talent acquisition and marketing methodology.
- Ensuring compliance with Legends Operating Standards and HR policies to maintain brand integrity
- Facilitate and maintain an amazing end-to-end candidate experience
- Managing internal HR projects and workflows
- Assisting with new venue openings and job fairs as needed.
- Maintaining and evolving reporting and analytics (including tracking open positions, time to fill metrics, talent diversity, sourcing, etc.).
- Create a delightful and engaging candidate experience through consistent, timely, and professional communication.
- Managing internal and external job postings; and conducting regular searches on all available job boards.
- Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS

- Bachelor’s degree required
- 1-2 years of experience in supporting a team of HR and/or Talent Acquisition professionals
- An infectious energy and enthusiasm about Legends’ brand and mission
- Demonstrated interest in growing a career in HR or Talent Acquisition
- Customer-focused, adaptable, has strong follow up and organizational skills. Personable, high energy individual that is passionate about recruitment and enjoys working in a fast paced, innovative, dynamic organization
- Possess a positive, professional demeanor, excellent interpersonal skills and will be a self-starter seeing projects through to completion in a deadline-oriented environment
- Reliable, independent, and able to juggle multiple tasks effectively
- Exceptionally organized with superior time management skills
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication (in-person, written, over the phone) skills
- Proficient with all Microsoft office products, especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with Outlook Calendar and UltiPro HRIS a plus
- Proficient in database and internet searching skills.

- Must be flexible to occasionally work extended hours due to business requirements including nights, weekends and holidays.
- Some overnight travel may be required.
COMPENSATION
Competitive salary $45,000 - $50,000, commensurate with experience, and a generous benefits package that includes: medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, paid vacation, and 401k plan.
