Responsibilities:
- Assist with the recruitment and onboarding process, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
- Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment and changes.
- Support employee relations by addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Assist with performance management processes, including performance reviews and goal setting.
- Coordinate training and development initiatives for employees.
- Assist with HR projects, such as succession planning and organizational development.
- Conduct research on HR best practices and industry trends.
Skills:
- Proficiency in HR software systems
- Strong relationship management skills to effectively communicate with employees at all levels of the organization.
- Experience conducting interviews and assessing candidates' qualifications.
- Knowledge of succession planning principles and strategies.
- Ability to negotiate effectively and resolve conflicts.
- Strong research skills to gather information on HR topics and trends.
