Hr Assistant

Growing Home Care Agency is seeking a full-time HR Assistant to join our dynamic team at our Spring Valley office. This is an excellent opportunity for anyone looking to learn and grown in the HR field. We provide comprehensive training and a supportive work environment.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Process high volume of job applications
• Follow-up with candidate leads and seek out quality candidates
• Ensure candidates possess the proper skills and documentation to begin the onboarding process
• Responsible for submitting weekly reports to ensure progress
• Schedule applicants for exams
• Follow up with candidates on their exam results and coordinate subsequent orientation
• Reconcile data across multiple platforms
• Ensure adherence to compliance standards
• Service clients who require fingerprinting (backup)
• Other projects as needed

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Basic computer skills
