Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Assistant to join our team. As a Human Resources Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR department with various administrative tasks and assisting in the implementation of HR programs and policies. Duties: - Provide administrative support to the HR department, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and preparing documents - Assist with recruitment efforts, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews - Conduct new employee orientations and assist with onboarding processes - Maintain employee records and ensure accuracy and confidentiality - Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries - Support HR projects such as performance management, employee engagement initiatives, and policy development - Assist with payroll processing and timekeeping - Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs - Stay up-to-date with employment labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance Skills: - Strong knowledge of HR principles and practices - Proficiency in PeopleSoft or other HRIS software - Familiarity with employment labor law requirements - Experience in benefits administration - Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Experience with talent acquisition processes, including applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as Lever - Knowledge of change management principles If you are a motivated individual who is eager to contribute to the success of our HR department, we encourage you to apply.
