Our HR/Office Assistant takes on a broad range of supportive duties within the general office and human resourcesdepartment.
The Person in this Position will:
- Track employees activities related to the workforce.
- Assist with HR issues as needed
- Answering phones
- Maintain employee files as to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Involved in the administration of different benefit programs: Medical/ Dental / Vision
- Support training and development in different departments in order to match the needs of the position and the improvement of departments
- Perform other duties as assigned or required
