Summary: We are seeking a Temporary Part-Time HR Assistant to join our team at our Corporate Office located at 170 Griffin Blvd. This position will provide crucial support to the Human Resources department in various administrative tasks and projects.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Coordinate new hire orientation and onboarding processes.
- Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HRIS (Human Resources Information System).
- Assist in organizing and maintaining HR documentation and files.
- Support HR initiatives and projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in HR or administrative role is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable with HRIS platforms.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with great attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Hours:
- Part-time, approximately 20 hours per week
- Flexible schedule, with the possibility of occasional evenings or weekends depending on workload
