Job Description
- Assess all incoming requests for Professional Services, coordinate scheduling with our Partners, Vendors and Internal teams.
- Track time and expenses for all projects via Salesforce.
- Responsible for all Professional Services billing based on completion of projects/service work.
- Manage onboarding of vendors & support purchase order process.
- Manage Insurance Certificates, local licenses and requirements.
- Manage vendor & Professional Service contracts – utilize DocuSign for execution where required.
- Maintain Statement of Works, Opportunities, Service Requests & Leads via Salesforce
- Ensure each customer is given the necessary services and follow up to fill ongoing service needs.
- Maintain good relationships with Partners and Professional Services Customers.
- 2+ years of experience in a customer facing role providing administrative commercial experience or field service coordination.
- 1+ years of experience with MS Office to include Word (mail merge) and Excel (pivot tables, Vlookup and complex calculations)
- Tableau experience a plus
- Experience with using the Salesforce CRM platform.
