Foundation Risk Partners, one of the fastest growing insurance brokerage and consulting firms in the US, is adding an HR Assistant to their team in Camden, NJ.
Job Summary:
The Human Resources Coordinator supports the effective and efficient operation of the Company's Human Resources Department. The Human Resources Coordinator provides related office support to the HR Department on all HR related items. They aid with and assist with facilitating the human resource processes at all business locations.
Essential Functions:
- Support the HR Leadership Team with various projects, including data analysis, employee data integrity and HR communications.
- Assist with the onboarding process for new acquisitions including offer packages and background checks to ensure smooth and consistent process.
- Reviews, tracks and documents compliance with mandatory employee training requirements.
- Assist with company compensation benchmarking initiative.
- Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices and new technologies in Human Resources.
- Contributes to the overall success of the company by performing all other duties as assigned.
Competencies & Qualifications:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) Knowledge of SharePoint Online and Office 365.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Excellent customer service, organization and written/verbal communication skills.
- Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Self-motivated and a team player.
- Ability to thrive and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to effectively interact and communicate at all levels including executive management.
- Ability to work independently.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- 2 years relevant work experience a plus
