This is a long term, Part Time Temporary position with a flexible schedule available. In office hours at HQ are required for this role.
- Create and submit employee data reports by assembling, preparing, and analyzing data/metrics using Excel (pivot tables and v-lookups).
- Updates HR spreadsheets with employee change requests and processes paperwork.
- Ensure the relevant HR database is up to date and information inputted is accurate.
- Assumes responsibility for effectively recording, maintaining, and reporting HR information into HRIS
- Provide general clerical support such as data entry, tracking and processing employee information.
- Support HR team in organizing company events and initiatives.
- Assist HR Director with various research projects and/or special projects.
- Prepare HR-related documents, such as employment contracts and termination letters.
- Assist in conducting HR-related research and compiling data for reports.
- Long-term part-Time Temporary position requiring 20-25 hours per week.
- Flexible hybrid schedule with at least 2-3 days in the office per week.
- Previous experience in an HR role or related administrative position preferred.
- Proficient in advanced Excel skills, including spreadsheets, charts, formulas, and pivot tables for reporting.
- Microsoft Office skills required, including PowerPoint, MS Teams, and Outlook.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
