Summary
The HR assistant is responsible for assisting the human resources team with administrative duties. He/she will work directly with Leadership and coordinators to ensure a more streamlined and efficient work experience. This position is a part of and reports to the human resources department and is a great way to get a foot in the door of a career in HR.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- sorting E Files
- Key audits and distribution
- Parking card distribution
- Sorting and distributing mail
- Working side by side with hr coordinators
- Assist with background checks
- Assist with new hire paperwork
- Assist with the connection crew
