Responsibilities:
- Assist with the recruitment and onboarding process, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in the HRIS system.
- Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries.
- Support the HR team in talent management initiatives, such as performance management and employee development programs.
- Assist with affirmative action planning and reporting to ensure compliance with federal regulations.
- Provide support for payroll processing using systems such as Paychex, ADP, or Ceridian.
- Assist with leave management, including tracking FMLA requests and coordinating documentation.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information and handle sensitive matters with professionalism.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in an HR administrative role or similar position.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., iCIMS, ADP) and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of employment labor laws and regulations.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively.
