- Email Management: Help manage and respond to emails, ensuring they stay connected with their professional network.
- Appointment Coordination: Schedule and arrange personal appointments, including medical visits, social outings, and other commitments.
- Transportation: Safely drive our client daily to lunch, to appointments, events, and outings, and provide assistance in and out of the vehicle as needed.
- Errands: Assist with various errands such as grocery shopping, picking up prescriptions, and other daily tasks.
- Organization: Help organize and maintain our client's personal and professional affairs, including managing their calendar and ensuring important documents are filed appropriately.
Qualifications:
- Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to provide emotional support.
- Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
- A compassionate and caring demeanor is a must.
