Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Oversee the full employee lifecycle including onboarding, performance management, and offboarding
- Ensure compliance with employment labor laws and regulations
- Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions
- Collaborate with department managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
- Administer payroll and benefits programs, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Implement HR sourcing strategies to attract top talent
- Utilize HRIS systems such as Kronos Workforce Ready(UKG) to manage employee data and generate reports
- Maintain physical and digital filing systems
- Answer phone calls and direct calls to appropriate personnel
Experience preferred:
- Employment labor laws and regulations
- HRIS systems
- Payroll administration
- Performance management processes
- Employee relations issues
