Housing Coordinator
Full-Time, 35 hours per week, Monday-Friday
Are you passionate about creating positive living experiences for individuals in need? We're seeking a dedicated and dynamic Housing Coordinator to join our team.
In this role, you will be responsible for engaging in outreach activities to promote the availability of Housing services at two sites in Beverly. Your expertise should include in-depth knowledge of the LHA application process and site regulations. Assisting residents with moving in/out, acclimating new residents to the community, and providing information about available services will be a key aspect of your responsibilities. The coordinator will also be responsible for also disseminating information to residents through newsletters, calendars, and informational flyers, ensuring accessibility in various formats. Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Human Services, or related field.
- Previous experience in public housing or a related role.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with residents, vendors, and agencies.
- Commitment to creating a positive and inclusive living environment.
