A little tasteof your day-to-day
Every day is different,but you'll mostly be
- Developing programs and initiatives to increase team engagementand achieve against performance and development goals
- Maintaining compliance with all required brand and servicestandards, collaborating with colleagues to exceed guest expectations
- Building relationships with guests and external contacts such ascurrent and potential clients, government officials, travel industry representatives, suppliers, and local communities
- Leading annual capital, cash flow and sales and marketing plans toaccurately forecast budgets
- Driving revenues, future profitability and maximum return oninvestment
What we needfrom you
- Bachelor's degree, higher education qualification or equivalent inHotel Administration / Business Administration
- - OR -
- Five to ten years prior hotel management experience, or equivalentcombination of education and experience
- - AND -
- Experience required may vary based on size and complexity ofoperation
- Strong Leadership & Conflict Resolution Attributes
- Kind, Honest & Charismatic Persona
- Must speak fluent English
- Other languages preferred
