Job Summary: Part-time for flexible shifts
We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience from check-in to check-out. This is a vital role in our organization, as you will be responsible for creating a welcoming and efficient atmosphere for our guests.
Duties:
- Greet and welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner
- Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries promptly
- Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions
- Assist guests with special requests or needs
- Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and resolve issues to ensure guest satisfaction
- Process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions
- Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure smooth operations
- Perform night audit duties as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in using phone systems and computer software
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of hospitality management principles and practices is a plus
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are highly desirable
