Responsibilities:
- Will be responsible for checking guests in and out
- Will answer any guest questions
- Will address any guest concerns
- Will make sure that all guest billing is accurate
- Will work to ensure that each guest has a pleasant stay and will advise them of all amenities the hotel has to offer
Qualifications:
- Hotel Front Desk experience
- Should be customer service oriented
- Excellent attention to detail
- Friendly demeanor with guests and coworkers
- Excellent cash handling, phone, and computer skills
