We are looking for Experienced Hotel Front Desk Agents to serve as our guests’ first point of contact and manage all aspects of their accommodation. Sign on bonus for qualified candidates.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Check-in and check-out guests, ensuring accuracy of information
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously
- Assist with reservations and room assignments
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Maintain a clean and organized Front Desk area
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction
Experience:
- Previous experience in a Front Desk or guest service role preferred
- Knowledge of hotel operations and procedures
- Familiarity with phone systems and phone etiquette
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
