Hotel Front Desk Agent

We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Front Desk Agent. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional service and ensuring a positive experience during their stay. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for hospitality and excellent customer service skills. Previous Holiday Inn experience is a PLUS !

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests in a warm and friendly manner upon arrival
- Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately
- Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and dining options
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally
- Assist with reservations and room assignments
- Maintain accurate records of guest accounts and transactions
- Process payments and handle cash transactions
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Perform night audit duties as needed

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in the hotel industry or customer service role is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in using computer systems and hotel management software
- Knowledge of phone etiquette and professional communication skills
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
