Duties and Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests in a friendly, prompt and professional manner recognizing IHGRewards ClubMembers and returning guests.
- Check guests in, Issues room key, provide information on hotel services and room location.
- Ensure required identification is taken from guests at check in in line with local legislative requirements
- Answer record and process all guest calls, messages, request, questions or concerns.
- Record guests address and other information in the Opera PMS system.
- Check guests out, including resolving any late or disputed charges.
- Accurately process all cashand creditcard transactions using established procedures.
- Communicate any outstanding guests requests or issues to management that may require additional monitoring or follow up.
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor
Must have excellent customer service skills, phone etiquette and be able to work a flexible schedule.
