**Key Responsibilities:**
- Welcome guests with a professional demeanor and execute the check-in process efficiently.
- Provide insightful information about the hotel's facilities and services.
- Assist guests with their luggage and escort them to their rooms.
- Handle room key distribution while ensuring guest privacy and security.
- Address guest inquiries, assist with travel arrangements, and offer recommendations for local attractions.
- Liaise between Housekeeping and Front Desk to ensure seamless service.
- Monitor and report any unusual activities or concerns to the management.

**What We Expect From You:**
- A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent, with a preference for candidates with hospitality experience.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Proficiency in using technology to enhance guest experiences.
- An organized, clean, and efficient work ethic.
- Self-motivation and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
- A team player attitude, capable of managing various tasks and coordinating with different departments.

**Physical and Mental Demands:**
- Comfort with standing or sitting for extended periods.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Capability to make quick, effective decisions and handle multiple tasks.
- Resilience to work under pressure and adapt to challenging situations.
