What You'll Do

- Check-in, check-out - you'll handle it all! Welcoming our awesome guests with a smile and ensuring their smooth departures.

- Be our reservation rockstar! Managing bookings and entering them into our fancy PMS (Property Management System) like a pro.

- Coordinating room assignments and pre-arrivals? Easy peasy! You've got the organizational skills to make it happen seamlessly.

- Guests' concerns? Not a problem! You'll handle them with grace, turning frowns upside down.

- Need info or services? Look no further! You'll be the go-to person for referrals and handling guest requests like a champ.

- When groups and tours arrive, you'll be there to check them in and bid them farewell when it's time to leave. You're the ultimate host/hostess!

- Team player alert! You'll be assisting other departments when needed because we all know teamwork makes the dream work!

- Overnight shift superhero! You're ready to rock the weekdays and weekends with your night owl superpowers.

- Oh, and by the way, some light housekeeping of common areas will keep things spick and span for our lovely guests.

- You've got a High School Diploma or GED - it's your ticket to this amazing adventure!
