Form of workWe are urgently seeking an individual for morning and evening shifts that is professional, displays a pleasant demeanor, a true passion for customer service, and stays calm under pressure. A real "people person" that feels joy dealing with the public would be the minimum. However, an organized Desk Agent that is fanatical about the details while conducting the support staff is the rock star we hope to find. Must be comfortable using computers and handling cash. Weekends required. Problem solvers with a smile go to the top of the list!
Preferably English/Spanish bilingual but not required. Experience with Choice Advantage is a PLUS!
- Check in customers and provide guests with directions to their room
- Inform customers of all on-site amenities and any relevant information that is needed to use them
- Handle and resolve guest complaints using critical thinking skills
- Invoice and bill guests for their stay and services used
- Communicate with guests to better understand their individual needs to provide them with the best service possible
