What We Look For...*
We are looking for a Hotel Brand and Service Specialist who will act as the liaison between the hotels and the corporate office's operational drive to satisfy all branding and Service styles at each property. In control of the entire guest experience, this role will encompass aspects of marketing, social media, service, renovations, and capital projects, and how each of these areas touch our Brand and appear to our guests. In short, this role is an extension of the Senior VP's mission for success and seamless execution and overall success.

The Key Responsibilities:*
- Ensure the style and identity at each hotel is consistent and protected in all operational facets of branding and Service (current SOP's and new creations/ventures).
- Take brand Service ownership and provide the vision, mission, goals, and strategies.
- Enhance, merchandise, and maintain all aspects of retail.
- Ensure our social media is in line with our mission, specifically at our independent hotels.
- Ensure imaging and photography online (and collateral) is aligned with our mission of enhanced guest perception.
- Monitor hotel market and Service trends, research comp-set's activities to identify opportunities and key issues.
- Administrative responsibilities underpin the role including budgeting, procurement, and metrics reporting.
- Oversight and assistance with brand operating standards and SOP development and deployment.
- Assist GMs on new project rollouts at the hotels.
- Ensure brand identity on everything viewed or experienced by our guests.
- Influence creative direction for all collateral, social media, photography, uniforms, FF&E purchases, etc.
- Brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies
- Align the company around the brand's direction, choices, and tactics.
- Ensure hotels, and vendor execution aligns with national guidelines and standards.
- Identify areas of opportunities; bring solutions to hotel GM or SVP for corrective action.
- Support the onboarding of new hotel products and Services.
Other administrative tasks inside and outside of the corporate office as directed by Senior VP, Ops.

The Model Qualifications
- Proven work experience as Brand and/or Service Specialist, manager, or coordinator.
- Up to date with latest trends and marketing best practices.
- Strong design talents with understanding of luxury aesthetics and branding.
Willing to ravel 20-30% of the time to various hotels in California and outside of the state when necessary.
