Field Onboarding And Retention Specialist (Bilingual)

Embark on a rewarding journey as a Field Onboarding and Retention Specialist for our fast-growing commercial property services company. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the employee experience and culture across CAM Property Services’s footprint. This dynamic position combines traditional office responsibilities with an exciting field component where you’ll directly impact our team members’ engagement, retention, and overall success.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Field Engagement

• Conduct on-site visits to new hires, providing personalized onboarding support and fostering a welcoming environment
• Establish and maintain relationships with employees in the field, addressing concerns and ensuring a positive experience

Onboarding Programs

• Design and implement onboarding programs catering to the unique needs of field-based employees
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement job safety and training programs to enhance overall experience and workflow

Retention Initiatives

• Identify factors influencing employee retention and develop targeted initiatives to address them
• Create and implement solutions to enhance employee satisfaction and engagement

Collaboration with Field Managers

• Partner with field managers to understand specific Onboarding and Retention challenges
• Provide training, support and feedback to field managers on best practices for employee Onboarding and Retention

Documentation and Reporting

• Maintain accurate records of field activities, onboarding process and Retention efforts
• Generate regular reports to evaluate the success of Onboarding and Retention strategies

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or related field
• Bilingual and biliterate English/Spanish - Required
• HR certifications or additional training in Onboarding and employee retention practices
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and compliance
• Analytical skills to assess issues and propose data-driven solutions
• Innovative mindset to continuously improve employee Onboarding and Retention
• 3+ years of work experience in growing roles
• Ability to work flexible schedule
