We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.
Responsibilities:
- Fax Physician Orders
- Data Entry
- Answer inbound telephone calls
- Develop and implement organized filing systems
- Perform all other office tasks
- Analysis and Data Entry of Patient Outcomes
- Communicating with new patients and introducing them to our services
- Check Insurance Eligibility for new patients
- Staff Hospice Clinicians for Patient Visits
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in office administration especially in the Medical Field
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent telephone etiquette
This position is 8:30 AM-5:00 PM Monday - Friday - Full Time.
