- Per Diem - 6 month assignment, option to extend
- Perm option available
- Work for a federal qualified health center
- Previous FQHC experience preferred, not required
- Site is open Monday-Friday
- 8a-5p
- Up to 14 patients per day
- Full-time position
- Report to the Chief Medical Officer
- Experience required
