Project & Process Manager

About The Role

Tort Experts is a rapidly expanding digital, performance marketing/lead-generation agency which assists injury victims get compensation through mass torts and other lawsuits for, but not limited to, harmful pharmaceutical drugs and defective medical devices.

We are seeking a Project Manager with a general understanding of web technologies (including such as what an API is, what a CRM is, etc.), strong people skills, and an acumen for process management to oversee thegrowing number of projects our company is involved in.

This role requires a meticulous attention to detail and an obsessive focus on process management, with the responsibility to make sure projects are broken down into the simplest of steps, delegated and prioritized.

What You’ll Do

• Create, track, and manage projects and processes within ClickUp 3.0 (our project management platform), adding automations and integrations as needed
• Day to day, manage/coordinate web team projects on the landing pages
• Break projects down into individual “next action” steps/tasks with dependencies and assign individual tasks to individual team members
• Convert recurring processes into thoroughly documented SOPs, project templates, and flowcharts that are easy to understand and can be reused
• Identify and remove bottlenecks for the team to help them automate, delegate or outsource responsibilities so they can focus on their unique ability
• Stay up to date with any new features in ClickUp such as ClickUp AI/Brain and other related software(s)
• Work closely with executive team to understand business goals and apply that knowledge to prioritize projects and their tasks
• Take direct feedback, learn and implement
• Communicate your feedback and process improvements to all levels of leadership
• Delegate project tasks based on junior staff members' individual strengths, skill sets, and experience levels
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of multiple projects in a timely manner
• Maintain daily interaction with team members, freelancers, and occasionally clients via Slack and email

Who You Are

• Available to work between the hours of 9AM to 5PM EST to communicate in real-time via chat or video/phone calls
• 2-4 years of experience managing web/tech related projects and coordinating team members/freelancers to accomplish them
• Comfortable working in a very fast-paced and remote environment with constant new mini projects
• Experienced enough to quickly identify gaps in resources/talent where we will need additional help from freelancers or new full-time hires in order to get projects completed
• Extremely organized, methodical and comfortable paying attention to details
• Takes accountability and responsibility to make sure projects are completed on time or updates expectations if they are unrealistic
• An analytical and technical orientation rather than a social orientation. High standards, high-quality work is of utmost importance.
• Very curious and willing to constantly ask questions to develop a deep understanding of the business processes (We will in the first few weeks walk you through our internal processes to bring you up to speed)
• Have very strong English writing/speaking skills
• Have a strong work ethic
• Maintain a mature, composed and professional demeanor in the face of adversity/stress
• Humble with a willingness to learn from mistakes, receive feedback and grow from the experience
• (optional) Familiarity with GTD (Getting Things Done) and it’s philosophy is a big plus

Pay: $88,628.00 - $116,803.00 per year
