Goodwin & Company is looking for a Lifestyle Coordinator/Event Planner with experience in lifestyle enriching events and programs. Your mission would be to work with the Spring Trails HOA social committee to create grassroots fun-filled, enriching events and programs. These events and programs are designed to contribute to resident-HOA relations through social and community involvement, participatory and spectator events, creative and educational coursework, lecture series, travel clubs, book reviews, fitness classes, etc. This individual will build and foster professional relationships
1. Plan special events, programs and activities within the allotted program budget. Work with community volunteers to help plan and assist with events. 2. Create and implement promotional advertising plans for all events, programs, and sponsors (i.e. flyers, website, email blast, newsletter, and Social Media. 3. Solicit community sponsors and partners for events and the community as a whole. 4. Maintain a calendar of activities, on paper and online.. 5. Shop and purchase all event "props,” refreshments and decorations, as needed. Maintain a record of all expenses. 6. Assist with Homeowner Orientations, and Booking Homeowner Rentals areas
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
