Candidate can be fully remote location does not matter

Very flexible on the location, can be remote as long as they can work US hours. East Coast preferable. 3 8 hour days a week would be the schedule, possible to go up if things are busy, days are flexible. Preferably MWF.
2-5 years of experience, Event planning, virtual event experience, data analytical event experience, event registration experience, experience booking keynote speakers, experience on content and agenda building.
Bachelor's degree required
Job description – The Premium Services Event Operations team focuses on delivering the best client experience for our members. The team supports creating content, running logistics, partnering with event leads and Conference associates, and keeping the voice of the client always top of mind. This resource will assist the Premium Services Event Operations team in planning, delivering, and executing virtual events for all Premium Service products. We are pivoting some events back to live in the Fall and need assistance on the pre-planning of those events as well.
Tasks –
- Host virtual Webex sessions –
o Share presentations, lead polling, chat, live Q&A, manage breakout rooms, be point of contact for speakers. Troubleshoot and support as needed.
- Assist Content Producers and Manager with agenda development
o Updating session details in master working agenda
o Working with service delivery on confirming session details with client speakers
o Creating compelling session descriptions as needed
o Editing presentations as needed
- Source and secure keynote speakers
o Partner with Content Producers and Event Leads on speaker recommendations that align with the theme
- Review feedback and final attendance reports and create debrief decks
o Review all session feedback and ratings and create debrief decks and reports for leadership
- Virtual Registration
o Create calendar invites and send out session details to registered attendees
o Create registration links via Google Forms or other platforms
o Manage registration reports
- Assist with building out member-only experiences as we transition back to live events
- Assist manager and leaders with ad-hoc requests
- Be a team player and support Content Producers and Graphic Designer as needed
