Marketing Assistant/ Event Planner

Full-time Hours: This is a temporary to permanent opportunity!

Description:

As a Marketing Intern/Assistant, you will assist the marketing department's initiatives for all three Hotze Enterprise Businesses: Hotze Health & Wellness Center, Hotze Pharmacy, and Hotze Vitamins. We are seeking an intern or assistant that is a "performer" who is driven to excel in any work environment and able to prioritize multiple job functions.

The Marketing Coordinator will demonstrate superior oral and written communication, project management, organization, and coordination skills, as well as working knowledge in all of the Microsoft Office products and Salesforce.

Hours: Monday-Thursday 7:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. and Friday 7:30 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. (occassional evenings/weekends for events)

Essential Duties:

1. Patient correspondence

• consists of preparing thank you letters, documenting in Salesforce, and including appropriate gifts or collateral
• Miscellaneous correspondence as needed, including prepping mail merge, printing and stuffing

2. Check admin email

• Responding & forwarding emails appropriately

3. Exporting book order lists and sending to mail house

4. Prep for speaking engagements and events

• Printing material, preparing folders
• Attend events as needed

5. Manage marketing inventory and organize storage rooms

6. Assist in web efforts

• Miscellaneous web research
• Upload videos to YouTube
• Assit in uploading content to the website

7. Miscellaneous research and writing

8. Assist in competitive research

9. Support team in Ad hoc projects and tasks as required

Skills:

• Superior oral and written skills required
• Available on occasional evenings and weekends to assist with events (generally once per month or less)
• Previous marketing, event planning and/or copywriting experience preferred
