Job Description
We are seeking an Events Planner to join us at RainTeam! You will be responsible for organizing important events from conception through completion.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate all event activities and personnel
- Distribute all meeting information and supplies to attending personnel
- Calculate and propose budgets for planned events or meetings
- Research and identify successful event opportunities
- Maintain stock of event supplies
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in event planning or other related fields
- Strong project managing skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Ability to work well in teams
- At least 5 years experience
- Great communication skills
- Strong skills in event design, promotion, marketing and sales
The ideal candidate will have the needed skills, live within the DFW metroplex and desire to serve a vital role to help the CEO of the company. Previous experience as an event planner with strong connections with the DFW community is essential to success within the position.
