Position Overview:
We're looking for a Lead Wedding Planner & Office Coordinator to join us. In this role, you'll be at the forefront of our operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage our company email, respond to inquiries, and keep our inbox organized.
- Act as the point person when the owner is away, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
- Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and handle administrative tasks.
- Attend networking events to represent our company and build relationships.
- Conduct venue tours and assist clients with their needs.
- Be willing to travel as needed for events and client meetings.
- Provide office management support and assist with training new employees.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in event planning or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required.

Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $15.00 - $16.00/hour.
