Integrity Home Group in Cleveland, OH is in search of a talented High-Level Executive Assistant. This person will be a vital part of the Integrity Home Groupand will be responsible for the overall functionality of the Team. This High-Level Executive Assistant is in charge of the workings of the Team’s systems, records, listings, and everyday tasks that keep the business running smoothly. Systems include the Team’s contact database, organizing workflow, and budgeting. Records include maintaining the organization of the Team’s documents, spreadsheets, custom forms, and all other documentation. Listings include the organization, scheduling, and execution of all components necessary to get the Team’s listings to market and subsequently to the closing table. Everyday tasks vary depending on the housing market and generally include maintaining the Team’s technology/equipment, booking appointments, serving clients via phone and email, and running various errands to best serve the Team’s clients.
Compensation:
- Expected First-Year Earnings: $60,000
- Base Salary Range: $45,000 - $55,000
- Paid Time Off (PTO)
- Health Stipend - Considered after a 90-day period
- Bonuses - Considered after a 180-day period

Responsibilities:- The Executive Assistant builds, implements, and manages all systems for transaction coordination, internal communication, client communication, financial management, information management, central database management, and marketing.
- Assist the Team Lead in managing the day-to-day operations and communications.
- Running errands, following up on whatever is needed & doing some "dirty work" might be necessary at times.
- Maintain the culture and customer care systems to ensure business growth and referral collection from past, current, and future clients.
- Manage and improve established systems for seller & buyer transactions, lead generation, database management, information management, and back-office support.
- Assists as needed in documenting the systems of other departments, including customer service, buyer, seller, lead generation, tracking, and expansion systems.
- Creates and maintains an operations manual that documents all systems and standards in writing and in video.
- Oversees all financial systems, including maintaining the books, paying the bills, handling payroll, ensuring the collection of commissions, maintaining the budget, and generating financial reports.
- Oversees all contracts through closing and manages all aspects of the operations and sales portion of the closing process.
- Coordinates the purchase, installation, and maintenance of all office equipment.
- Responsible for overseeing all company marketing processes and procedures.
- Responsible for all sales tracking and all ROI tracking for lead systems.
- Responsible for pulling reports that reflect the status of the business/managing the pipeline.
- Communications – take charge of incoming calls, take messages, answer questions, consult client ‘care calls’ and provide information.
- (Eventually) Responsible for hiring, training, consulting, and holding accountable all additional sales agents.
