Help Desk Technician / Training Manager (Secret Cleared)

Working with an Excellent Client that is looking to hire a Help Desk/ Training Manager. This posotion is a direct hire role with a starting salary of $130-$150k + Bonuses! This posotion will also be fully remote EST time.

Requirements: 4+ years of experience with Oracle/ DAI / This support includes issue identification, troubleshooting, event escalation, and closure of the problem resolution process.
Clearance: Due to our Client and US Govt Regulations - This role Requires an Active US Govt. Secret Security Clearance
Job Description:
A Help Desk Technician provides technical support for clients experiencing computer issues. Help Desk Technicians are often the first point of contact for customers. They respond to customers by phone, remotely, or in person. Their job involves asking questions to determine how they can best solve a customer's problems using resources and technical knowledge.
Job Duties:

• Managing Help Desk tickets
• Providing solutions and advice on technical issues
• Creating manuals for technical training
• Using feedback from customers to improve problem-solving techniques and customer service
• Responding to texts, emails, and calls on technical issues
• Documenting and analyzing technical issues and customer interactions
• Attending training sessions and conferences to stay current with best practices on how to help customers with technical issues
• Creating/maintaining training operational manual
• Conduct instructor-led training
• Create computer-based training.
• Assist with user account and responsibility management.
• Train help-desk personnel
• Support updates to the DAI intranet site
• Attend or teleconference into DAI meetings as requested by the customer

• Knowledge of multiple Defense Agencies Initiative (DAI) Oracle modules, specifically P2P, OTL and UMX
• 4+ years of Oracle DAI experience
• Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance / CPA
