Job Summary:
Provide IT support to our customers.
General Duties:
- Resolve day to day eTickets (e.g. password resets, access issues, answering tier 1 questions).
- Provide support on desktop, laptop, and other peripheral equipment.
- Answer questions, train and assist users on software packages.
- Other duties as assigned
- Light travel to locations to troubleshoot networks and computers.

Ability to work independently while at the same time work effectively in a collaborative structure with personnel through every level of the organization and member companies.
