As an IT Help Desk/Field Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical support to end-users, resolving IT issues, and maintaining the overall functionality of computer systems within an organization. This role requires a combination of remote assistance through the help desk and on-site support to address hardware and software-related problems. This is a contract position in Dayton, OH.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in IT support and troubleshooting.
- Strong knowledge of hardware, software, and network systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP), or similar, are a plus.
- The candidate must have a car, as this position requires travel between location and the transportation of equipment
- A valid driver's license and proof of vehicle insurance will be required
- Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
- Must demonstrate a "can-do" attitude
