Yamazen has an immediate opening for aHelp Desk Technician- Entry Level to join our team. The position is located in our U.S. Corporate Headquarters in Schaumburg, IL. The person hired will be responsible for providing internal users with IT technical support via telephone, in person, or via email utilizing a ticketing system. Our work technology requirements include Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365 and Office, Office 365, Salesforce, iPhone and iPad.
Other responsibilities include:
- IT Support relating to technical issues involving Microsoft’s core business applications and operating systems
- Basic technical support at the network level
- Setup a user account, PC and IT devices.
- Purchasing and tracking IT assets
- Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel
Qualifications:
- Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues on Microsoft 365, Windows, PC, iPhone, IT devices and business applications.
- Strong communication, customer orientation and problem-solving skills
- Salesforce experience is strongly preferred
- Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast moving environment.
- Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively
- Support experience on Dynamics BC, Infor CSI/Styline, or any ERP system is a plus
