Minimum Candidate Requirements:
• Two or more years of experience working as an Office Manager in the heating/Air Conditioning industry
• Proficient with Intuit QuickBooks accounting software (invoicing, AP and AR functions, running reports)
• Ability to plan and organize daily business activities
• Prioritize and schedule incoming service, warranty, and new installation projects
• Order and schedule material and equipment
• Make outbound calls to schedule customer appointments
• Establish trust and build rapport with customers, suppliers, and coworkers
• Possess strong skills in communication, organization, and leadership
• Capable of working both independently and as a team player
• Possess outside-the-box thinking and problem resolution strategies
• Attend company meetings and training events
• Maintain a professional appearance and conduct
