- Salary Midpoint: $22.70 per hour
Actual compensation offered will vary based on factors including applicable licenses, certifications, education, experience, location, qualifications and comparison with associates in similar roles.
Coordinate the activities of the department.
- Conduct recruitment, selection and training of volunteers.
- Coordinate the schedules and daily activities of volunteers.
- Liaison between leadership and Volunteer resources to match needs of department with skills of volunteers.
- May also organize volunteer recognition program(s) and assists with fundraising efforts.
Licensure / Certification / Registration:
- BLS Provider preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
- Certification specializing in Volunteer Services preferred.
Education:
- High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
- Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
