Why Gallo?

With a global portfolio of over 100 unique wine and spirits brands, we are the largest family-owned winery in the world. Apply Today! Our Brands. Your Future.

Join our dynamic team as a Grower Relations Representative and become the vital link between our esteemed wineries and the dedicated grape growers who are the backbone of our wine programs. In this pivotal role, you will oversee an assigned vineyard territory, working closely with grape growers to enhance vineyard practices and build strategic relationships that elevate grape quality and ensure our wine stands out for its excellence.

Your mission will involve educating growers on market conditions, quality standards, and advanced viticulture practices. With a focus on sustainability and innovation, you will coordinate the journey of grapes from field to winery, ensuring our production goals are met with the highest quality of raw materials. This role is not just about oversight; it's about partnership and collaboration, requiring you to develop and maintain detailed vineyard records, monitor crop development, and forecast crop tonnages with precision.

As a Grower Relations Representative, you will negotiate contracts, always with the support and guidance of our leadership team, and travel to grower sites to provide hands-on advice and support. Your role is critical in implementing department projects, ensuring policy application, and driving continuous improvement in our viticulture processes. You will also direct seasonal staff, ensuring our team's efforts are aligned and our goals are achieved.

We are looking for someone who embodies intrapreneurship and ownership, with a bold approach to thinking, a willingness to take calculated risks, and a commitment to learning and innovation. If you are passionate about viticulture, eager to drive quality in wine production, and ready to take on a challenge that marries agricultural practices with strategic relationship building, we invite you to apply.

Join us in crafting the future of wine, one vineyard at a time.
