TitleofPosition:Grower Relations Coordinator
Immediate Supervisor: Grower Relations

InCaseofAbsence:Grower Relations will fill responsibilities.
Pay: $24 - $30 per hour DOE
Responsibilities:
Grower Relations Coordinator is responsible for providing support to Grower Relations including (but not limited to): excellent customer service and communication with growers and Grower Representatives, everyday office duties, setting up new grower accounts, in-harvest duties, and maintain compliance paperwork/certificates. GRC will be crossed trained to be able to support each member of the Grower Team. GRC will report to Grower Relations Manager.
KeyDuties:
- Utilize the IFS database to enter/upload contract details: field, variety, remittance and additional information such as special terms.
- Office duties such as: creating files, labels, mailing documents, archiving documents and
organizing work area.
- Provide email and contact information to Grower Relations to add to Constant Contact.
- Communicate with Accounting details of new growers' contracts, account updates/changes and remittance information. Archive canceled contracts.
- Update SQF and FSMA documents annually.
- Submit MOU’s, Special Service Request forms to USDA prior harvest.
- Control ASVP program: complete ASVP Proctor test, ASVP certify Almond Samplers and warehouse employees, track/trace samples per ASVP, provide samples to USDA/Almond Inspectors, monitor trace of completed samples and that samples are stored properly.
- Assist entering/enter USDA inspections into IFS. Approve correct and complete inspections. Work with USDA to resolve issues.
- Be sure all inspections, harvest reports and pertinent receiving information are mailed to growers.
- Assist Grower Representative/Shellers requesting reports.
- Submit ABC Inventory Form 1 monthly to the Almond Board.
- Verify harvest receiving paperwork from Shellers is correct and received database matches paperwork.
- Assist filing/file receiving paperwork in lot order and retain all in-house inspection forms.
- Assist with mailing out grower payments, harvest materials, letters and any information via mail or email.
- Work closely with Growers Relation to cross train on tasks and responsibilities. Cover the role of Grower Relations as need be.
- Assist in preparing/attending any grower functions such as fairs/field days/etc.
- Self-start and work both independently and with a team.
- Other duties as assigned. Position subject to change as processes improve/change.

- Understand and comply with Cal-Osha regulations and Company policies as they pertain to the safety of all employees.
- Read, understand and acknowledge company policies as written in the Employee Handbook
- All employees are required to adhere to all Food Safety requirements and programs including but not limited to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), Food Defense and Allergen Programs. Food safety training will be completed a minimum of once a year.
Required Safety Equipment:
High visibility vest, Safety Glasses, Hairnet, Smock, Nonslip approved shoes. As needed, Gloves.
