The Opportunity
As we continue to expand nationally, the One Medical Analytics team is seeking a new Group Manager for Product. Reporting to the VP of Analytics & Data Science, you will be responsible for leading a team of analysts to design and develop analytic solutions, reporting, and analysis and to deliver analytics insights that inform product decisions for event tracking of new applications, features, and experimentation. These insights ensure that we approach feature and application development in an iterative, hypothesis and metric-driven fashion. Working with leaders throughout the organization, you will develop a prioritized roadmap of projects, foundational improvements to processes and tools, while also having the ability to respond to time sensitive priorities. You will work cross-functionally with partners across Technology, Product Development, Operations, Value-Based Care, Marketing Enterprise, Finance, Engineering, and Design teams.

You are someone that is able to make sense of complex, high-quantity, and sometimes contradictory information to solve problems through structured thinking and have shown the ability to drive results in accomplishing objectives despite obstacles. In addition, you build and maintain strong networks while balancing the interests of multiple stakeholders. You thrive at effective communication in a variety of settings, whether it's one-on-one, small and large groups, or among diverse styles and position levels. Lastly, you enjoy leading teams, attracting and selecting diverse high-caliber talent, and place a high priority on developing and motivating others.
What you'll work on:
- Partner and collaborate with leaders across the organization to understand analytics needs, deliver analytic solutions, and provide insights to enable decision making and action.
- Champion the practice of making data-informed decisions.
- Provides direct leadership, direction, and supervision to direct reports for multiple focus areas within the Product Analytics team.
- Partner with product leaders, product managers and engineers to design, establish and implement success metrics and event tracking to understand impact of product features; In addition, manage changes that affect reporting as a result of product updates.
- Create new processes and solutions to democratize access to data, such that it can easily be leveraged by non-technical audiences.
- Partner with leaders to maintain roadmaps of initiatives that are aligned to Technology and Organizational priorities.
- Lead projects independently and develop, coach and mentor Product Analytics team members in delivering analytic solutions (i.e., analytics best practices, advanced analytics, predictive analysis, root cause analysis, data science)
- Build rapport and lead strategic conversations with leaders throughout the organization and the Technology organization; and use nuanced communication to solve problems and unblock projects with peers and direct reports.
- Contributes towards and assists in developing and implementing department and team strategy, and helping to mature the organizational data and analytics strategy.

You'll need:
- 8+ years experience in analytics, computer science, business intelligence, management, business, or Product Analytics
- 4 years managing / leading teams with direct reports
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Experience leading a team of analysts and prioritizing work based on current business and stakeholder needs
- Experience in healthcare (i.e. operations, pharmacy, clinic, EMR, telehealth)
- Experience developing strategic roadmaps and successfully executing on them
- Experience using data to tell a compelling narrative with clear takeaways that help drive strategic decision-making
- Expert communication skills both visually and verbally
Nice-to-have skills and Experiences
- Experience with process improvement and lean concepts
- Proficiency in Python or R
- Proficient in SQL and data visualization BI tools (e.g. Tableau, Looker, Mode, PowerBI, etc) preferred
- Experience in designing and testing specifications for event tracking of patient and provider facing healthcare apps and product features using a clickstream tool (i.e., Mixpanel, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) preferred

This is a full-time remote role based in the United States. One Medical is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The base salary range for this role is $118,000 to $200,000 per year. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. The total compensation package for this position may also include annual performance bonus, RSUs, benefits and/or other applicable incentive compensation plans.
