Job Description
This role will be a key point of contact to our client's Pfizer Content Factory and working closely with the Content Factory Studio Lead as go-to support responsible for keeping our Publicis and Pfizer teams connected.
The Operations Lead is responsible for working with Content Factory Lead on managing and integrating processes across Content Factory AOR intersections and internal Publicis teams to create consistency and quality services that power satisfaction, meet business requirements, and balance Pfizer and agency economics.
Key responsibilities include:
- Project management of Content Factory work supporting global studio teams creating marketing Emails, IVAs, banners, iPDFs and print materials for multiple client brands
- Structures and co-ordinates internal and external status/ touchpoints- fostering effective communication and collaboration among COE Leads, HUB Leads, Production Engagement Leads (PELs) and relevant Client stakeholders when neccessary.
- Define and implement new ways of working to streamline Content Studio production processes from handoff through to delivery
- Facilitates and supports scope monitoring and ad-hoc budgeting
- Ensures Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and best practice documentation is enforced and continually maintained/optimized
- Supports hub teams to develop, onboard and manage resource staffing plans
- Supports Content Factory Lead in driving risk mitigation by identifying and communicating quality, budget, and timeline impacts
This role is hybrid - 3 days/week on-site within our 375 Hudson Street, NY studio
QualificationsExperience leading operations within a content production studio, ideally working with both onshore and offshore teams of technical and non-technical teams.
Global content production studio experience required
Proven success in a client-facing operational role within creative agency or creative studio working
Pharma / Healthcare marketing experience is required
Strong communication, negotation, and project management skills
Experience working on delivery of Veeva Commercial Cloud projects

Compensation Range: $121,000.00 - $204,500.00 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
