Fresh offers a hybrid working schedule with three fixed days in office, and two days remote. This role is based in our New York City Office.

Your Impact to the role:
  • Creating and executing a content strategy that fulfills both specific brand needs and digital business goals, including revenue generation
  • Working in lockstep with the Brand Marketing team to ensure our content marketing efforts are aligned with broader consumer marketing initiatives
  • Working with key stakeholders to devise content-led initiatives that fuel our data collection strategy and build long-term affinity with fresh customers
  • Establish key best practices for content development and conversion-driving strategies, working closely with local markets to improve how we brief and deliver Digital Content toolkits
  • Stay up-to-date with Digital Content best practice, new techniques, and emerging technologies to identify new activation opportunities that are relevant to brand strategy and audience goals
  • Partner with Global Digital Innovation teams to create elevated experiences across new-to-brand digital channels

Your impact in your first year:
  • Drive the evolution of Digital Content for fresh in partnership with the digital experience and innovation leader
  • Integrate digital acquisition & SEO learnings and content best practices across all global markets
  • Become a point of reference for everything content in digital and a trusted partner internally to drive the future of fresh

Physical Requirements:
  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position on average of 7.5 hours/day.
  • Light to moderate lifting may be required.
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be regularly required to stand, sit, reach, stoop, kneel, and operate a computer, telephone, and keyboard.

Qualifications
WHO YOU ARE
You have:
  • Minimum of 4-5 years' experience executing performance-based Digital Content campaigns either in-house or at an agency
  • Experience managing DTC brand across multiple platforms, with an understanding of executing campaigns across brand site & e-retail platforms
  • Experience working with cross-functional departments such as Creative Operations, Marketing, Merchandising, eCommerce, and Copywriting/Storytelling.
  • A relevant BA or BS degree

You can:
  • Use Salsifty (PIM) and has basic knowledge of DAM platforms like Binder. The ability to use Content Square is a plus.

You are:
  • A proactive, resourceful, self-starter who is detail-oriented, multi-tasker and problem solver, who isn't afraid to get their hands dirty in the details.

You possess:
  • Proven Project Management Skills and use of tools like Monday.com; Slack or similar
  • Strong Written and Verbal Communication Skills
  • Proactively make recommendations on process improvement and new ways of working (e.g. process driven and agile methodology)
  • A team player that can easily work cross-functions.

The salary range for the role is $105,000 - $125,000 USD.
