Description
Gather subscriber and revenue data from Zuora billing system, analyze, track, and report actual OnStar retail subscription Revenue and performance in U.S. and Canada country markets based on key performance indicators (KPIs) including factory activations and retention, remarketing activations and retention, and churn. Consolidate key performance indicators (KPIs)related to revenue for current month end performance and create and build consolidated Excel spreadsheet model to forecast monthly, quarterly and annual revenues for new vehicle and preowned vehicle retail subscriptions including updated KPI performance and volumes. Review and analyze revenue accounting in SAP and Oracle Hyperion SmartView finance systems to explain revenue trends and impact on Digital Profit and Loss (P&L) Financial Statement. Perform financial analysis of quantitative financial data to compare actual vs. forecasted revenues based on current/new OnStar retail products; customer billing types; vehicle brands; impact of new monthly vehicle factory activations; penetration rates for vehicles equipped with OnStar software; by country; and OnStar product pricing.
Additional Description
Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, International Economic Relations, or related. Twelve months’ experience as Revenue Analyst, Pricing Analyst, or related. Must also have experience with: consolidating key performance indicators (KPIs) related to revenue for current month end performance and building Excel spreadsheet model to forecast monthly, quarterly, and annual revenues for new and preowned vehicle retail subscriptions
