RETTEW, an employee-owned engineering consulting firm, is seeking an experienced Land Development Project Manager to join our Land Development Team in Mechanicsburg, PA. As a Land Development Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing the ins and outs of everyday development projects in the industrial, commercial, and residential development markets.
Responsibilities:
- Planning and managing mid-size multi-disciplined projects through the entitlement process.
- Responsible for client management and development.
- Leading design teams in all aspects of project design and permitting.
- Ensuring projects are completed within scope, schedule, and budget.
- Deliver quality work and achieve client delight on every project.
- Managing a team of technical staff on projects.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Landscape Architecture.
- 3-5 years managing traditional land development projects, including sanitary sewer and NPDES permitting.
- A PE, RLA, or related professional license is preferred.
- Strong demonstrated technical expertise.
- Business development experience is a plus.
- Experience with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MS Office, Hydraflow, and HydroCAD is a plus.
