The Sr. Financial Analyst-Pricing will be responsible for analyzing market trends, conducting pricing research, and providing recommendations to develop and implement effective pricing strategies to maximize profitability, ensure appropriate sophistication, and support our business objectives.
Essential Functions:
- Assist in develop pricing strategies and models based on value proposition, cost analysis, market dynamics, and business objectives.
- Conduct thorough pricing analysis, including competitive benchmarking, market research, and customer segmentation, to identify pricing opportunities and risks.
- Monitor and evaluate pricing performance against targets, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics.
- Prepare comprehensive pricing analysis reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate findings, trends, and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Partner with LCG Operations team to execute price changes in accordance with applicable deadlines.
- Identify opportunities for revenue optimization and margin improvement through pricing initiatives, promotional activities, and discount strategies.
- Collaborate with marketing, finance, human resources, and operations teams to gather inputs, insights, and feedback for pricing decisions.
- Continuously evaluate and improve pricing processes, methodologies, and tools to enhance pricing effectiveness and efficiency.
- Conduct post-implementation reviews and analysis of pricing initiatives to assess their impact and identify areas for improvement.

Minimum Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Analytics, or related area required.
- 5+ years' experience in financial analysis, pricing analysis, or similar field required.
- Experience creating financial models using Excel.
- Experience with basic SQL querying and data visualization software such as Power BI or Tableau preferred.
